How to Create a Neon Lit Vehicle and Insure it Online 1.11
**You can only insure the vehicle until you quit your game.**
It can be a little tough to pull off, but just keep trying, follow the directions, and you'll get it.

The neon is in the wheels, headlights, accents, and interior. The neon will be removed from the wheels if you put aftermarket wheels on it. Note that only you can see it, the car looks normal to everyone else..even if they drive it themselves. This can be done on any vehicle.

This will only work solo at WEAZEL APTS.

1. Use the [GtaV save editor] (http://www.mediafire.com/download/1os0y0bfdsnfwph/GtaV+Save+Editor.zip), and apply god mode. Do not use the godmode cheat, you cannot save if you enter cheats. Make vehicle #1 whatever you want. (this vehicle is the furthest away when you walk into the garage.)
2. Put a jet in spot #2
3. Put any two vehicles that you would like to have neon lights applied to in spots #3 and #4.
4. Fully upgrade everything except the jet.
5. Enter the 4 car garage with your single player character
6. Spots #3 and/or #4 need to blow up from the jet. If they do not explode, exit the garage and re-enter.
7. Once everything has blown up, exit the garage on foot. You do not have to wait for the fire to extinguish.
8. Once outside of the garage, make a quicksave with your phone.You can check if it worked at this point. Press start, go to game and load your quicksave.
If you enter your garage, you should see the neon applied to (hopefully) a car or two, and probably the jet.
9. Press start, go to online, and start an invite only session. Once you spawn in your invite only session, set your spawn location as last location and sit outside of your garage. Make sure you do not have a pv outside.
10. Press start, go to online, and select content creator.
11. Once on the creator main menu, press start, go to online, start an invite only session.
12. Once you spawn in your lobby, and are still in front of your garage door, press start, select playstation/xbox store. Confirm to go to the playstation/xbox store.
13. Once you are in the clouds or at the ps store, hit your center button and sign out.
14. Once you are in singleplayer, go to the 4 car garage. Xbox users will have to load their game save, then go to the 4 car garage, I think.
15. Enter the garage and you will see the neon lit vehicle(s) and jet. Now, hopefully everything does not blow up this time, because you must hurry and grab one of your new neon lit cars!
The neon lights will ONLY show when you are close to the car. Sometimes you NEED to enter them to see it.
16. After you have driven your new neon lit vehicle out of the sp garage, head over to your online garage with the vehicle.
17. Once you are in front of your online garage with your sp character and the new vehicle, press start, go to online, and sign back in.
18. Once you have signed back in, Press start, go to online, select go to enter a public session.
19. When you spawn into the public session, enter your garage and leave the neon lit vehicle outside of your garage. If you do not live at weazel, you'll need a friend to watch it.
20. Once you have entered your garage, go into a vehicle that is insured, that you wouldn't mind losing.
21. Open up your phone, open quick job, open join race. It will ask if you are sure. Don't select it.
22. At the SAME EXACT TIME, hit the gas and x/a to confirm.
23. Once you are on the Job screen, exit as soon as you possibly can. If done correctly, you should spawn behind your garage door.
24. Run as fast as you can and hop into the neon lit vehicle.You should be shown a cutscene driving out of your garage with the vehicle.It is now insured!
You can repair it at the modshop, and you can edit some things at the modshop, if you want.
You can drive the vehicle into your garage.
You can claim it from mors mutual if it is destroyed, and change sessions and everything. The car will change back to normal once you have quit your game.
You can load up the glitched quicksave that you made as many times as you like, until you quit your game.
