1. Get near any vehicle

 

 

2. Stand far enough away that you don't immediately get into your car when you press the button.

 

 

3. Pull out your phone and take a random picture.

 

 

4. Press continue, then walk towards your car and press triangle/Y to get in before it makes you take another picture.

 

 

 

You are now able to take a 3rd Person Picture
