A Youtuber released a vehicle hex mod in which he claims to have unlocked the ability to give your vehicle a twin turbo upgrade. While it would be cool, it is simply not possible to do that on a retail console. There is no hidden 2nd stage of turbo, anywhere, in the entire script of the game.

 

Thus, you are wasting your time if you attempt to hex mod a vehicle with a value that does not exist.

 

So, the next time you hear someone bragging about their ''Twin Turbo'', laugh at them and challenge them to a race!
